Your account shares one monthly balance across the Customer Hub, browser extension and API. User limits are separate. API and MCP require integration setup and appropriate permissions. Academy availability is controlled separately; each course may have additional access requirements.
Company assessments may also assess the company profile and selected people; report-advice credits are not the whole assessment cost. Comms Profile reassessments can use multiple units based on the material selected. Review the estimate before starting.
