How to set up Accorded
Install the browser extension, connect it to your Accorded account, and start with one important LinkedIn contact. Sign in to the Customer Hub in this browser, then select Link to account in the extension.
01 · Install
Install the Accorded extension
Open the extension store for your browser and find Accorded : the Comms Whisperer. Select Add to Chrome, or the equivalent button for your browser, to begin.
- Use the browser extension store rather than an unofficial download.
- Accorded is designed for user-initiated workflows on supported LinkedIn pages.
02 · Permissions
Confirm the browser permissions
Your browser will show the permissions Accorded needs. Review them, then select Add extension to complete the installation.
- If you select Cancel, the extension will not finish installing.
- You can review or manage extension permissions through your browser settings.
03 · Extension
Sign in to your Accorded account
Finish account setup and sign in to the Accorded Customer Hub in the browser where you installed the extension.
- Use the account and user you want to connect to the extension.
- Complete any required email verification or two-factor sign-in first.
04 · Settings
Open the browser extension
Select the Accorded icon in the browser toolbar. Open the browser extensions menu and pin Accorded if the icon is not visible.
- Keep the Customer Hub signed in while you link the extension.
- You do not need to find or enter a backend address for the released extension.
05 · Connect
Select Link to account
Choose Link to account in the extension. Accorded checks your signed-in account in a temporary background tab, connects your extension and closes that tab automatically.
- You do not need to copy a licence key or enter your account details.
- If asked, finish account setup, sign in to Customer Hub and try again.
- Successful linking completes the Connect the browser extension onboarding step.
06 · Begin
Start using Accorded
Open a supported LinkedIn profile, open the Accorded extension, and start a profile assessment. Save the contact when you want to return to the result and build useful context over time.
- Review the assessment and confidence information before acting on it.
- Continue in Collaborate with Accorded to add Communication Context and use Contact Chat.
- Keep responsibility for reviewing and choosing the final communication.

If something does not work
These checks usually resolve the most common setup problems.
- Finish account setup and sign in to the Customer Hub in this browser.
- Complete any required email verification or two-factor sign-in.
- Open the extension and select Link to account again after resolving a connection problem.
- Make sure the extension is installed and visible in your browser extensions menu.
- Confirm that browser permissions were accepted.
- Ask your account administrator to confirm that your user access and license are active.
