Accorded Terms And Conditions

Accorded provides professional profile assessments, saved contacts, communication history, message drafting, communication guidance, assessment reports, and optional administrator marketing workflows. Features may change and may be limited to particular plans, invited users, or early adopters.

Users must protect their credentials and be authorised to use the account, workspace, LinkedIn information, communication material, contact data, and files they submit.

Users remain responsible for submitted profiles, messages, transcripts, files, drafts, contacts, and questions and confirm that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide and use them.

Assessments, summaries, suggestions, drafts, classifications, and reports assist human review and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for checking content and decisions. Accorded does not guarantee replies, sales, meetings, conversions, or other outcomes.

Users must not use Accorded unlawfully or without authority, harass or harm others, upload malware or credentials, bypass access controls or limits, copy protected service materials, or treat generated content as professional advice.

The extension may access supported LinkedIn pages and communicate with the platform for user-initiated workflows. Users are responsible for browser permissions and compliance with LinkedIn terms and applicable rules.

Administrators are responsible for contact authority, lawful marketing, campaign content, testing, sender configuration, unsubscribe requirements, and use of generated reports.

AI, email, subscriber-management, hosting, payment, analytics, identity, and other providers may have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Fees, limits, allowances, plan terms, renewals, and cancellation rules shown at signup or in an applicable order form apply to that service. Early-adopter arrangements may have separate terms.

Accorded and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, documentation, pattern materials, layouts, and other Accorded content. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

Accorded may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Availability may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or circumstances outside Accorded's control.

Access may be restricted or terminated for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or breach. Users may contact Accorded about account or data requests.

To the extent permitted by law, Accorded is not responsible for decisions made solely from generated assessments or messages sent without review. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
