How it works
Accorded assesses public written signals, including LinkedIn profiles, posts, and comments, then compares them with Humanistics Patterns. As relationship context grows, the pattern can become more personal and more useful.

The pattern language
John Morgan
John Morgan developed the Humanistics pattern language that informs Accorded. His work grew from more than two decades as a British diplomat, work with founders and leadership teams, and experience building and exiting a business.
He created a practical way to understand how people show up, where patterns create friction, and how communication can be shaped to meet the person receiving it. John co-founded Accorded to bring that perspective into everyday professional messages.
